Booking your photo session

 

In order to reserve your date, you will be required to make a non-refundable deposit in the amount of your sitting fee.

 

Sitting Fee: $200 (Includes a $125 print/digital image credit)

 

This fee is for a standard portrait session (ie. 4 people or less). Should you wish to have large family portraits or group shots please contact me for a custom quote.

 

If you are located outside the Woodstock, Ontario area please contact me any additional travel fees.

 

Your sitting fee covers:

 

 
  • Joanna's time and talent on in your home or on location for 1 - 2 hours
  • Post session digital editing and enhancement of your images
  • An online, password-protected proof gallery for viewing and purchasing the prints. This gallery will remain online for 14 days.
  • A $125 print/digital image credit to be redeemed following your shoot

 

Please note: All photo sessions require a signed model release for each person who will be photographed. A PDF of the form can be e-mailed to you before booking your session. Forms can be printed and mailed to me with your deposit, or you can choose to fill out the forms at your photo session. A signed model release is a contract in which a model consents to the use of his or her images by the photographer or a third party. Without the model release I would not be able to use your photos in my brochures or on my web site.

PayPal is a quick, safe, online method of paying for products and services with your credit card or bank account at no cost to you. You are not required to sign up for a Paypal account to send money with your credit card, but you can if you'd like.

 

I also accept cash, certified cheques, and e-mail money transfers.

  • Five custom photo sessions: newborn, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, & 1 year at your home or a location of your choice.
 
  • Five online, password protected proof galleries for viewing and purchasing prints. These galleries will remain online for 14 days and can be shared with your friends and family
 
  • A $750 credit towards purchasing archival quality, professional prints
 
  • Five CD's with all low resolution images from your photo sessions - note these files are not suitable for printing
 
  • Custom DVD Slideshow of your babys first year set to beautiful music

Can my extended family and friends purchase images?

 

Yes! Your online gallery will be active for 14 days following your session. It is password protected but feel free to share this password with family and friends. They will be able to view your pictures and order some for themselves.

 

If after 14 days you require the gallery to be put back online, there will be a $25 charge.
